SUMMARY
As an Office Manager at DJX Construction, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality construction services while supporting our team and enhancing overall productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong vendor management skills to maintain productive relationships.
- Excellent schedule management abilities to optimize team productivity.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience working in teams.
- Effective communication skills for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with computer systems and office technology is advantageous.
