Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Daily management of the office
- Office supplies and IT management
- Kitchen management
- Postal Duties: Sort incoming letters and parcels. Promptly distributing post to individuals & sorting external letters and parcels for posting. Logging all incoming and outgoing registered post
- Office point of contact for management of office fit-out and renovations as required
- Booking office events, and managing travel arrangements for the London office and other members of senior management
- Assist in processing invoices
- Operate phones and ensure all calls are dealt with and redirected efficiently.
- Book and arrange meeting rooms
- Meet and greet visitors to the office with a positive and friendly attitude
- Assist Finance, Operations and People & Culture functions
- Assist in onboarding new hires in the London office
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and building managers
- Work alongside other departments to assist with various admin support
- Any other admin duties as defined by business needs
