  • Flexible schedule to accommodate clinic hours
  • Reports to Administrative Director

Purpose:
The Office Manager position is the administrative leader of the clinic. All patient care coordinators report to the office manager. The office manager will collaborate with the clinical manager to ensure the clinic is being ran in the most efficient manner.
Responsibilities:

“Responsible for building a successful administrative team”

  • Oversees and directs professional and administrative matters. Responsible for all Patient Care Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Manager to maintain a system to produce the most productive clinic possible.
  • Handles routine inquiries, on-site discipline matters, prioritizes patient care and therapist’s time, to allow for each clinic to meet productivity goals and expectations.
  • Collaborates with PTs and administrative staff regarding developing and implementing physical therapy plans of care.
  • Maintain team of PCC’s.
  • Assists with hiring and termination process.
  • Once new PCC is hired, will be responsible for training and orientation.
  • Holds quarterly reviews with staff.
  • Manager Orientation: Works closely with the Administrative Director to obtain management skills, achieve company and clinic goals, upholding the company philosophy.
  • Represent Elliott Physical Therapy within our community and understand the importance of community involvement.
