Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Office Manager to help oversee the operations of our Berlin office. The ideal candidate is ready to take ownership over this new office to help it run smoothly, keep it organized and efficient, and get to know our employees. This role will include managing daily office operations, supporting cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring the workspace reflects our company culture. The Office Manager will also play a key role in organizing team events, onboarding new employees, and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Coordinate activities throughout the office including management of conference rooms, meetings and scheduling with external stakeholders including landlord, building staff, and maintenance
  • Track and replace office supplies and snacks/drinks regularly
  • Manage and oversee access to the building for employees and visitors
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
  • Oversee planning and organization for office-wide activities
