As the Office Manager for our Berlin office, you’ll be essential to nurturing our vibrant, collaborative culture while ensuring the seamless daily flow of the space.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster a feel-good atmosphere and ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Facilitate Workplace onboarding for all new MPB employees in Berlin.
- Working closely with our Facilities Manager to maintain office facilities, including repairs, cleanliness, and a safe, efficient working environment.
- Keep all spaces both inside and outside tidy and professional - maintaining an exceptional workplace environment.
- Conduct health and safety tasks to promote a secure working environment.
- Play a key role in working towards achieving our sustainability goals and promoting this initiatives in our Berlin office.
- Educate and guide staff on proper recycling practices to enhance our sustainability efforts
- Welcome visitors to the site and assist employees in creating a positive visitor experience.
- Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as an approachable main point of contact for all staff and visitors regarding office inquiries
- Organise and coordinate inclusive company events to foster community and engagement.
- Order and restock office supplies (stationary, sundries, fruit deliveries, coffee, milk and refreshments)
