We’re seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in Spryfield, Nova Scotia. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact while providing administrative and accounting support to the internal team.

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar, multi-faceted role
  • Prior experience processing AP/AR
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Friendly, outgoing demeanor with professional communication skills
  • Open-minded and keen to learn
  • Reliable and committed work ethic

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
