Description:

Fika Consultancy is looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Dubai office. This role is integral to ensuring that our office functions smoothly and efficiently, supporting a productive work environment for all team members. QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
