Description:

Additionally, you will support marketing efforts, organize office maintenance, assist in hiring and training staff, and schedule meetings and trainings to stay updated with industry trends. QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience of 8-10 years in office management or administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage office operations efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with real estate software.
Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and support office staff.
Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting and payroll.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulations.
Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
