Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain budgets, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Implement and manage record-keeping and filing systems.
  • Analyze and improve office processes and workflows.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of office management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
