Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Maintain budgets, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Implement and manage record-keeping and filing systems.
- Analyze and improve office processes and workflows.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of office management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
