The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
- Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations
- Generate accurate, complete, and timely invoices using the billing software
- Work with bidding manager to assist with preparation of bids and formatting documents
- Manage the purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Coordinate the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
- Manage diaries and arrange meetings
- Book transport and accommodation
- Manage databases and other various systems
- Assist the HR team with on-boarding new employees and other duties as required
- Events and Social Club Planning
