Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role

SKILLS:

As the Assistant Office Manager, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that our office runs smoothly. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you will use your attention to detail to manage office supplies and inventory, and your problem-solving skills to assist with HR tasks such as onboarding and offboarding employees. Finally, your experience with project management software will be beneficial in coordinating meetings and appointments
