Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE IN THE ROLE:

  • You will manage our front and back office at all times in a confident and competent manner.
  • Through a careful on-site management of the reception area you ensure hospitality and a smooth support for visitors, employees and customers.
  • You act as a liaison/an intermediary between us and the property owners.
  • You manage office supplies, consumables and the necessary equipment for the reception and back office.
  • You will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as managing and issuing company items.
  • You are responsible for the selection, commissioning and coordination of service providers.
  • You contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal departmental processes standards and documentation while maintaining and ensuring a high level of quality.
  • You will support the planning and execution of events with internal and external guests in attendance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • You have completed vocational training in the commercial field
  • You have a strong organizational talent as well as a structured and self-reliant approach
  • You have a hands-on mentality and want to further expand your good local network
  • Your strengths include communication skills, service orientation, conscientiousness and a sense of responsibility
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English
