Description:
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role you will support the Management Board of ECOVIS International in our head office in Berlin with administrative tasks. Coordinate and prepare documents, support with trip planning and booking and complete the monthly travel expenses for the president of our association. You will also help with external information requests from our international network.
SKILLS:
- Fluency in English and German
- You know how to handle any logistics and tasks with the common programs of Microsoft office
- You are detail-oriented and with strong organisational skills
- You’re quick to pick things up and love to be in contact with our international partners from all over the world
- You are open-minded and you are sensitized for cultural differences
- With your pro-active attitude, self-discipline, self-independence and openness you are ready to work both in team and independently
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- You have a structured way of thinking and strong communication skills, both in speaking and writing and with a good sense of humour.

Responsibilities:
- Support with administrative tasks, answer queries over the phone and by email (English/German)
- Coordinate, prepare and collect documents and answer business mails
- You’ll make travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, provide the needed confirmations and finalise bookings
- Support with preparation of accounting documents (control invoice receipts and organise the correct further processing and filing)
- Track leave arrangements and sick notes of the team and update data files
- Maintenance and service of the document server and of the archive
