JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience in construction office management. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in various administrative tasks. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, managing staff, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction office management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in excel, pdf and other relevant computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and clerical duties
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and handling phone systems
  • Coordinate calendar management for executives and team members
  • Handle vendor management, including billing and collections.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tracking of payroll using Sage Business works.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
