JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while managing administrative tasks, bookkeeping, payroll, safety and team dynamics. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

  • Organize office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for various office activities.
  • Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
