We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team supporting all aspects of three of our UK locations. This is a multifaceted role that encompasses responsibility for all site operations.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Reading, London and Hounslow locations.
- Lead all aspects of EHS for all three locations.
- Office and administration management including financial forecasting and budget management.
- Employee experience champion; including coordination of events, activities and charitable giving campaigns.
- Partner with Site Leadership in establishing and implementing site level initiatives.
- Pursue opportunities to optimize FM costs and services at the site.
- Coordinate contract administration, insurance & risk management for all site services & vendors for all three locations.
- Serve as primary liaison for property management/landlord, attend Building Occupiers Meeting.
- Running kitchen and office supplies.
What we need to see:
- 3+ years within a Office Manager or equivalent work experience in a similar function.
- Flexibility and good ability to multitask and to prioritize on short notice.
- Ability to work without supervision and able to prioritize own workload.
- Mature, and approachable with a positive attitude even under pressure.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and proactive approach to tasks.
- Passionate about customer service, teamwork and ongoing process improvement.
- Diligent and detail oriented
- Ability to use Microsoft, PowerPoint and excel with confidence.
- Experience with Coupa, Concur and SAP desirable.
- First Aid and IOSH trained desirable.
