YOUR MISSION

Odds Scanner is looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Malta.
In this role, you will be working directly with our Head of Corporate Operations and you will be responsible for making our offices the best place to work. Additionally, you will be supporting our Finance and HR teams in some of the day-to-day responsibilities.
We are looking for someone versatile, agile, can adapt quickly and is looking to grow with the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize between conflicting tasks.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy: has the necessary technical skills and experience needed to perform the role. Well-informed about modern technology, have a curiosity and understanding to stay agile and is open to new technological and disruptive developments and advancement.
  • Office management experience with a high sense of responsibility (Nice to have).
  • Experience managing cleaning, security and maintenance teams (Nice to have).
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and employees to the office
  • Handle duties like printing, scanning, filing, and getting necessary signatures or approvals
  • Assist the Head of Corporate Operations, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with processing expenses.
  • Order and manage office supplies while keeping an eye on stock levels
  • Being the point of reference for staff and external stakeholders, including service providers
  • Help plan and execute company events and activities for our offices
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
