Description:
Rubric Law is seeking an Office Manager/Operations Assistant for their Monmouth office.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience of developing a business focussed administration service to a range of stakeholders, ensuring it meets their needs and effective processes are in place.

· Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
· Sound knowledge and understanding of financial management systems with ability to interpret data.

You will be instrumental in assisting in the continued development and growth of the firm where you will provide administrative support enabling the firm to deliver the best client care and professional service possible. The role will suit an individual who is pursuing a career in administration and operations and will embrace the responsibility, and associated recognition, for the provision of a high-quality operations service to the firm.
The successful candidate will be required to provide daily support to the Leadership Team and the firm’s fee earners, striving for a consistent service, continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with the SRA. Previous administration experience, advanced use of Microsoft and experience of the legal environment are all essential.
Tasks will include receiving and distributing incoming calls, recording and processing incoming/outgoing mail, administering and implementing key policies, priorities and procedures that support the effective running of the firm. Installing, improving and automating processes and systems ensuring our case management system is utilised to its full capability, client file reviews, liaising with suppliers including IT support. Utilising project management software to oversee and take ownership of processes such as downloading data to confidential USB sticks from online Data room, assisting with marketing campaigns, liaising with recruitment agencies and running recruitment campaigns, implementing and conducting staff induction and training, general HR administration, review, implementation and management of policies and procedures relating to HR and compliance and managing debt recovery and undertaking general firm related legal cashier duties.
