Our client, a dynamic company located in Central Wimbledon, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Office Manager/PA.     As the Office Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What will you be doing?

  • Office Organisation: Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment.
  • Bill Payment: Handle financial tasks and payment processing accurately and promptly.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute office events with creativity and attention to detail.
  • General Office Duties: Support daily administrative tasks as needed.
  • Service Payments: Manage accounts and oversee payments for various services.
  • IT Issue Resolution: Take charge of resolving IT issues promptly to minimise disruption.
  • HR Pre-On-boarding: Assist in the smooth pre-on-boarding process for new employees.
  • Travel Arrangements: Optimise travel plans and coordinate schedules effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Office Manager or PA.
  • Initiative: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Assertiveness: Skilled at handling various situations confidently.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to meet different project requirements.
