As the Office Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.
What will you be doing?
- Office Organisation: Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment.
- Bill Payment: Handle financial tasks and payment processing accurately and promptly.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute office events with creativity and attention to detail.
- General Office Duties: Support daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Service Payments: Manage accounts and oversee payments for various services.
- IT Issue Resolution: Take charge of resolving IT issues promptly to minimise disruption.
- HR Pre-On-boarding: Assist in the smooth pre-on-boarding process for new employees.
- Travel Arrangements: Optimise travel plans and coordinate schedules effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Office Manager or PA.
- Initiative: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Assertiveness: Skilled at handling various situations confidently.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to meet different project requirements.
