ProcessMaker, a fast-growing B2B software-as-a-service company, is on a mission to simplify the way custom business processes are built and run with our AI-powered automation tools.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing office and kitchen organization, ordering supplies, and handling mail pickup. You will be proactive in anticipating office needs, communicating with the Executive team, and implementing systems to streamline office tasks. You must be highly organized, self-motivated, and have a record of strong follow-through.
The position will work out of our US Headquarters office in Durham, North Carolina.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Part-Time Office Manager to help with the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with office and kitchen organization, ordering supplies, mail pickup, and general office work to ensure a clean, efficient, and well-stocked work environment.
