As an Officer Manager working in the Major Projects team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning of the business. Supporting our office management, where we work on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will play a key role in providing a great first impression for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Greet and welcome all visitors and returning clients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they added into our electronic sign-in system.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls, delegating to appropriate personnel where required.
  • Ensure our reception and office space is maintained and organized at all times.
  • Receive and coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments with couriers.
  • Own the scheduling of all boardrooms and various collaborative spaces.
  • Coordinate with HR and IT to prepare new hire collateral and equipment for their first day.
  • Manage the local offices parking pass distributions and transit reimbursements, providing monthly updates to payroll.
  • Maintaining inventory, consumables, and organization within the shared spaces and boardrooms.

THIS ROLE COULD BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • High degree of professionalism and exceptional communication.
  • 2+ years experience with office management
  • Experienced working with MS Office Suite.
    The expected salary range for this opportunity is $62,000 - $84,000. Please note that salaries may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and geographical location. Listed compensation is exclusive of bonus and in addition to our extensive employee benefits program which is listed above. Availability of certain benefits may vary based on the specific job role.
