Are you an Office Manager who is looking for a part time opportunity in an international company, offering flexible working hours in Prague 4?

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various departments, including Finance and HR. This role is vital for maintaining a productive and efficient work environment:

  • You will have full responsibility for office aanagement and administration of our Prague office, including travel Coordination using Egencia (our travel platform)
  • You will be the key point of contact, communicating with the landlord, and managing postal services, couriers and reception and you’ll be responsible for compliance and audits:
  • You will be the key contact for Service Providers and Event Organization:
  • You will also provide adhoc support to other departments:
