Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk during office hours.
  • Greet visitors and ensures their registration.
  • Take phone calls.
  • Ensure proper inventory execution and timely requisition of office/pantry supplies.
  • Collect, register and distribute incoming post (regular mail and courier parcels).
  • Collect and ships outgoing post.
  • Manage conference room bookings.
  • Manage the general company inboxes (info@newcold.com, info@davantigroup.com).
  • Coordinate office suppliers like cleaning, catering etc.
  • First point of contact for standard facility matters.
  • Handle travel related matters such as airline tickets, hotels and taxis.
  • In the event of an emergency, you are the coordinator of evacuation and emergency response.
