Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role will primarily revolve around overseeing office operations, providing administrative support, and assisting in some human resources tasks. It is in the industry of office management and administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure office productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Create a clean and organized office environment to foster productivity.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to facilitate effective internal communication.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Coordinate training sessions and meetings to improve team skills and knowledge.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, managing logistics such as catering and venue arrangements.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software systems is required
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must
  • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), is necessary
  • Experience in handling billing functions is essential
  • Strong customer service skills are required
  • A high level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
