Description:
Law firm located in the thriving Wilmington Delaware area is looking to hire an Office Manager with proven bookkeeping skills. In this role, you will assist with data entry, drafting email correspondence, assisting with insurance renewals, meeting coordination, assist with processing payroll, vendor invoicing, preparing and process expense reports, maintain office inventory, and perform bookkeeping tasks. In this Office Manager role, you will keep aligned with compliance by following general accounting policies and procedures. We are looking for someone with excellent multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices
- Generate travel arrangements
- Assist with billing activities
- Order office supplies
- Coordinate internal events
- Assist with administrative support
- 401K Administration
- Maintain internal file/record keeping system
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll
- Provide external IT support as needed
The ideal Office Manager will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Office Manager role include and are not limited to:
- 5+ years of office management/bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience a MUST
- E-billing (TABS software) is a plus
- Payroll experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
