As S3 Connected Health Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office while supporting our skilled development teams in delivering innovative solutions for remote patient monitoring and medication adherence. You will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, managing daily administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication within the team.
Office Manager
Location: Wrocław
Working as an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Running the reception and dealing with day-to-day queries connected with general administration
- Receiving company guests
- Processing post, faxes, and email
- Ordering all stationery supplies, courier services, and taxis
- Arranging lunches for company guests and employees when required
- Ensuring that office equipment is maintained properly
- Contact and cooperation with company suppliers
- Manage special occasion delivers such as flowers, cards, gifts
- Assisting with various HR or Finance department administrative tasks as required
- Dealing with ad hoc issues
Qualifications required:
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Multi-task oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Self-directed and able to take an initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
