Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our small office and distrubution warehouse and provide assistance to the Sales Manager/CEO as required. Whether you’re an experienced Office/Warehouse Manager or an enthusiastic junior eager to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you. This pivotal role ensures smooth coordination across various areas, including bookkeeping, procurement, inventory management, and general administration, reception and sales assistance. This is an onsite career position so it is a requirement to reside within 30 minutes drive from Biggera Waters. Gold Coast, Queensland.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Proven experience in office and/or warehouse management, or a related role.
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities / PA skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (preferred).
- Suitable office based - front line attire and presentation
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records for the CEO.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Support marketing and sales teams with administrative needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Monitor workplace health and safety protocols.
- Take on special projects and tasks to help achieve business objectives.
