Description:

Role: Office Manager
Job Type: Permanent, pending a 6-month probationary period.
Shift/Schedule: 40-hours per week.
Location: Onsite, based in Brooklodge, Glanmire, Co. Cork.
Reporting to: Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Education: Third level qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and office software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
