As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome to our guests and Artists and you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing essential support to our team through a mix of administrative tasks, strong organisational skills and a positive, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Positioned at our entry, manage our guest Reception and inbound phone/email systems, including welcoming our artists, partners and other visitors into our premises.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for office-related inquiries including mail, couriers, deliveries to and from our premises.
  • Provide administrative support to our Executive team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documentation and presentations and organising travel arrangements.
  • Play an important role in our upcoming office relocation to our new purpose-built premises on Oxford Street in Darlinghurst – including the creation of new processes, procedures, ways of working and office move.
  • Coordinate health and safety (first aid, fire wardens and emergency procedures) and onsite contractors.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
  • Support financial processes, including invoicing, expense tracking, purchase orders and working within a budget.
  • Maintain Teams sites, filing systems, databases, and other office documentation.
  • Assist with coordination of company meetings and internal events.
  • Provide facilities related support to Operations Manager as required.
  • Contribute to team projects and collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support team morale through actions, ideas and initiatives.
