Description:
OFFICE MANAGER/TEAM SUPPORT ASSISTANT
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Manager / Team Support Assistant. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office while providing high-level administrative support to Managing Directors or Directors. The ideal candidate will be able to manage office logistics, maintain an efficient work environment, and assist in managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
