Responsibilities:
THIS ROLE WILL BE OFFICE BASED 5 DAYS PER WEEK.
We have an exciting opportunity to work in our new offices in Berkley Square. You will be working for Tara, part of The Ardonagh Group and you will be key to the smooth running of the offices, interacting with key investments and working closely with the M&A teams. You will be confident and always striving to deliver an excellent service to not only those who work in the Group but also to those clients who are invited to the offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight of guest experience being comfortable working with senior level colleagues and clients from across the globe
- Oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office
- Managing receptionist (providing cover when sick/on holiday)
- Dealing with suppliers and supplier management (cleaning, maintenance etc)
- Ensuring IT technician doing what is needed
- Budgeting and purchase orders
- Ensuring office users have good experience
- Lead and manage all aspects of health and safety compliance, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all office users and clients.
- First Aider/Fire Marshal
- Organising high profile events and overseeing hospitality events
