SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a senior administrative role
  • Effectively communicate professionally with, tact, and diplomacy and remain calm and poised in potentially stressful situations
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • A self-starter with a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Highly adaptable and able to learn new technology
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
