Job Title: Office Manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in training and coaching.
  • Previous experience overseeing and managing product inventory.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Management:

  • Oversee and manage all customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise customer service representatives to deliver excellent service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the overall customer experience.

Office Management:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for efficient retrieval of documents and records.

Warehouse Supervision:

  • Supervise staff in receiving, storing, and dispatching products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment in the warehouse.
  • Oversee inventory control measures, conduct regular stock audits, and manage inventory levels to optimize storage space and minimize discrepancies.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for employee development and training.
  • Cultivate a supportive and motivating work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain thorough communication with Sales Directors and VPs regarding office activities and insights into how Unicity can improve.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks within customer service and warehouse operations, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and deliver exceptional service.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Office will be open from Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is required to meet customer needs.
