Description:
In this role you will manage the Amsterdam office, assist the Netherland based Board members (calendar, travel, signatories), drive the social agenda of the Amsterdam office, take on administrative tasks (prepare Board papers, service quality monitoring) and support the Distribution team.
Responsibilities:
- Perseverance, accuracy and self motivation.
- Adherence to confidentiality at all times.
- At least semi fluent in both English and Dutch.
- People skills and the ability to liaise with clients and directors/employees from other countries.
- Prior relevant experience in a similar role.
- Comfortable with acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and the ability to act as a good representative for Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
