Office Operations work closely with leadership and employees to ensure that Datadog keeps scaling smoothly and remains a great place to work.
Datadog is looking for an Office Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Dublin to help us with a range of responsibilities to support our rapidly-growing office. You’ll help keep our employees safe, happy and productive, which could mean ensuring we’re not running out of espresso beans and pretzels, planning an ice-skating event for 300 people, or hosting a 100 guest meetup into our gorgeous Dublin office - every day will be different.

Responsibilities:
- Arrange monthly fun & surprise events for employees
- Work with IT & People Operations staff to set up employees for success
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with building management & other vendors
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure this office is in great shape and address concerns directly to keep our office a great place to work
- Maintain mailroom and office supplies, and keep the office stocked with food, snacks and pantry supplies
- Reviewing vendor orders and ensuring consistency with business needs
- Support office moves and build-outs
- Assist operations management with ad hoc projects
- Cover reception when needed
