Office Operations work closely with leadership and employees to ensure that Datadog keeps scaling smoothly and remains a great place to work.
Datadog is looking for an Office Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Dublin to help us with a range of responsibilities to support our rapidly-growing office. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange monthly fun & surprise events for employees
  • Work with IT & People Operations staff to set up employees for success

  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure this office is in great shape and address concerns directly to keep our office a great place to work

  • Reviewing vendor orders and ensuring consistency with business needs
  • Support office moves and build-outs
  • Assist operations management with ad hoc projects
