Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-year customer service experience required
- Minimum of 3-year team supervision and leadership experience required
- High degree of professionalism with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
- Flexibility in a multi-managed working environment
- Ambitious, results-driven, and not afraid of healthy competition
- Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
- Strong facilitation and team skills
- Ability to write clear, concise communications: excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
- Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screenin
Responsibilities:
- Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various types of clients, vendors, and co-workers
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed
- Hire and train new employees and provide ongoing training with constructive coaching for all front office employees
- Track and submit weekly time records for front office employees
- Track vacation and personal time off for all employees
- Oversee client invoicing, collections, and special billing
- Establish, receive, and record client payments and credit card payments
- Schedule, organize, and route work for optimum efficiency
- Generate, manage, and follow up on inbound lead sources
- Obtain and audit source documents for accuracy
- Prepare and manage client accounts with accurate data, contact information, updates, and activities
- Acquire new clients and generate revenue by offering solutions and closing business over the phone
- Energize Inside Sales Team and oversee monthly sales competitions, goals, and incentives while achieving individual sales goals
- Provide first person problem resolution for external and internal clients
- Keep leadership informed of staffing levels and any personnel issues
- Assist in implementing new projects, procedures, guidelines, and training
- Lead and implement approved projects and ensure timely completion
- Complete special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
