Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-year customer service experience required
  • Minimum of 3-year team supervision and leadership experience required
  • High degree of professionalism with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in a multi-managed working environment
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and not afraid of healthy competition
  • Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
  • Strong facilitation and team skills
  • Ability to write clear, concise communications: excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
  • Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screenin

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various types of clients, vendors, and co-workers
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed
  • Hire and train new employees and provide ongoing training with constructive coaching for all front office employees
  • Track and submit weekly time records for front office employees
  • Track vacation and personal time off for all employees
  • Oversee client invoicing, collections, and special billing
  • Establish, receive, and record client payments and credit card payments
  • Schedule, organize, and route work for optimum efficiency
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on inbound lead sources
  • Obtain and audit source documents for accuracy
  • Prepare and manage client accounts with accurate data, contact information, updates, and activities
  • Acquire new clients and generate revenue by offering solutions and closing business over the phone
  • Energize Inside Sales Team and oversee monthly sales competitions, goals, and incentives while achieving individual sales goals
  • Provide first person problem resolution for external and internal clients
  • Keep leadership informed of staffing levels and any personnel issues
  • Assist in implementing new projects, procedures, guidelines, and training
  • Lead and implement approved projects and ensure timely completion
  • Complete special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
