Specializing in both commercial and residential landscaping and snow removal, we offer a wide range of services, including lawn care, planting, arbour care, construction, fertilization, and irrigation. POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an Office & Operations Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our corporate team and crew, and ensuring those operations run smoothly. This dynamic role combines administrative support with operations coordination to bridge communication between the office and field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously with efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands while working within tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple demands, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and sound decision-making.
- Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or operational support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
