    The Office / Procurement Manager role is crucial to our success and integral to all our business objectives.
    You will play a key role in day to day management of our tech systems and processes as well as assisting management by driving account and payroll processes.
    Working closely with the Director and the two Team Leaders, this role ensures
    smooth running of the office and supports improvement of company procedures and day-to-day operations.
    The Office / Procurement Manager will assist in compliance (ISO Certified), updating and implementing policies and procedures as well as participating in the recruitment and assist in onboarding of new team members.
    Below are some standard and typical tasks
    associated with the role.

Responsibilities:

FINANCE DUTIES

  • Manage the Administration of the Company’s Financial Function Xero
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciliations
  • Payroll Functions
  • Financial Reporting
  • Managing the procurement of supplier agreements and subscriptions across the business.

GENERAL OFFICE/ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Day to Day Running of Administrative and Support Functions of the Business
  • Ongoing management and review of all supplier agreements and regulatory authorities compliance and asset management
  • Order and Maintain Office Equipment and Supplies
  • Other Adhoc Duties as Required by the management team.
  • Auditing and Compliance of the (CRM) Database
  • Reporting ( end of month, debtors )
  • Assist Management with Tender documents and contract labour quoting

Office Systems

  • Manage IT Systems (Coordination of Our External IT Consultants)
  • Create and Maintain Office Templates
  • General WHS
  • Manage / Maintain the ISO certification Business Management System
