Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your role will be to support the existing accounting team by managing office administration and delivery of high-quality secretarial services
- Reception phone support
- Archiving
- Administration tasks including amenities and stationary orders
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (Accounts Payable & Receivable)
- Debtors management
- Manage appointments
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as needed
