We are currently seeking an Office Services Clerk to come onboard and join the Stikeman Elliott Calgary Team! Our Office Services Clerk is responsible for overseeing the operations of our printing facility and mailroom services. They are also a key support to our Legal Assistants, Lawyers and Business Services groups by way providing essential office support services. QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous printshop/courier or office services experience considered an asset.
Previous experience in a law firm environment considered an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Knowledge of phone and in-house communication systems.
Must possess high-level customer service skills and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Professional, accountable, responsive, and proactive.
Demonstrated experience of taking initiative and team support.
Some physical effort required and ability to lift up to 50 pounds of paper/bankers boxes/supplies.

Responsibilities:
Progressively learn and provide direct support to the Office Services Department by way of:
Provide support to all staff by way of receiving and completing small- and large-scale printing jobs, scanning, faxing, copying, cerloxing and binding of documents and storage of same.
Responsible for the quality control of the documents produced by office services, as well as ensuring on-time completion of all requests; liaising with firm members as required.
Coordinate mail services and courier services for both local, national and international mail including, but not limited to:
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, faxes and packages promptly.
Preparing and send outgoing mail, including overnight and courier services.
Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Set-up and manages printing queues in relation to custom colour print-runs of the firm materials and other workflow materials as required.
Assist in the control of stock levels in regard to all consumable supplies, i.e. toner, paper, tabs, etc. and the ordering of items, as required.
Engage in team support and perform other duties, administrative support, or projects, as assigned.
