WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Boughton Law is currently recruiting for an Office Services Clerk who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance throughout the firm. We are looking for a team player with some administrative experience to join our Office Services Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 years’ working experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent English oral and written skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to communicate with clients, lawyers and staff
- Must be available for occasional overtime
Responsibilities:
- Distribute internal and external mail
- Send, receive and distribute faxes and/or deliveries
- Assist with high volume printing, photocopying, scanning and binding
- Assist with Records Management tasks; such as file closing, scanning/bookmarking
- Arrange and coordinate deliveries via courier
- Oversee service calls for photocopier and fax machines
- Assist with bank deliveries
- Provide daily Reception lunch coverage, as required
- Housekeeping of kitchen areas and boardrooms
- Stock kitchen supplies and coffee stations
- Boardroom set-ups for internal meetings and eventsCoordinate and liaise with external vendors as required
