Custom Health provides a comprehensive tech-enabled med management and managed care solution resulting in 98% medication adherence for our patients across the United States and Canada. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or technical support role preferred.
  • Basic technical skills, including familiarity with using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO!

We are seeking a versatile and reliable Office Support Specialist to join our team part-time. This role combines administrative support with hands-on technical tasks to ensure our office operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities, including managing mail and deliveries, maintaining office equipment, and providing technical support for Spencer devices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
  • Oversee deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of packages.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness, including general cleaning duties.
  • Assist with basic office maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, assembling furniture, and other minor repairs.

Technical Support:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for the Restocking of Medical devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Use basic tools to perform necessary adjustments and repairs.
  • Coordinate with external technical support teams as needed for complex issues.

  • Part-time position with flexible hours.
