EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience of working as an administrator
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to recognise, prioritise and deal with important and sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing, paying particular attention to detail, and with an excellent command of English.
  • Ability to attend meetings and take an accurate and concise minutes or action note decisions.
  • Solid IT (MS Office) skills
  • A willingness to work flexibly as an effective team member.
