EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience of working as an administrator
- Experience of providing administrative support in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to recognise, prioritise and deal with important and sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise
- Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing, paying particular attention to detail, and with an excellent command of English.
- Ability to attend meetings and take an accurate and concise minutes or action note decisions.
- Solid IT (MS Office) skills
- A willingness to work flexibly as an effective team member.
