JOB SUMMARY

Provide 24/7 support to security operations by receiving, processing, and/ or acting on security reports and requests in line with the company’s policies and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • HND/ Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
  • +2-3 years’ relevant experience in security operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and escalate emergency/ distress calls from staff and/ or regional offices.
  • Register staff for time and attendance monitoring.
  • Prepare task reports.
  • Assist in information gathering by monitoring diverse sources, including the internet, police reports, news media, regional security field reports, etc.
  • Collaborate with Fleet team on journey management activities as required.
  • Collaborate with Travel & Immigration team on travel & immigration activities as required.
  • Provide drivers with information on safe routes to destination.
  • Coordinate pick-up and drop-off of visitors with pilot.
  • Monitor CCTV screens.
  • Administer end-to-end provision of access cards by documenting staff and visitors’ details, printing staff ID cards and visitors’ passes, attending to staff complaints related to access ID, and maintaining a record of cards and passes issued.
  • Assist Response team in discharging their responsibilities effectively by sharing relevant security information and monitoring their activities on assignment.
  • Receive and process situation reports from Response and Airport Protocol teams.
  • Make hourly radio calls to guards across IHS sites/ property to ascertain security situation.
  • Monitor guard tour clocking machine.
  • Monitor intrusion detection system
