EXCELLENCE & SKGEP

• Contribute in conducting excellence reviews and analysis of GCAA business.
• Assist in developing excellence enhancement plans and improvement initiatives to enhance performance in collaboration with the business units. Follow up the implementation of the corrective actions and document the evidence.
• Facilitate the excellence teams and workshops across GCAA, to ensure compliance with the excellence standards.
• Participate in GCAA readiness for excellence assessment through assisting the manager in conducting rehearsal sessions with the concerned business units.Administer ADAA system and ensure the submission of accurate information supported by the required evidence.

• Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
