About The Team
The Office of Quality and Standards is dedicated to supporting educational excellence through effective curriculum management, rigorous quality assurance, and robust student integrity processes.
Within the Office of Quality and Standards, the Curriculum Quality and Management team is responsible for the operational application of core standards in curriculum review, and supports curriculum management and governance. Complementing this work, the Quality Improvement and Assurance, International Quality and Compliance, Student Integrity Services and Academic Policy teams focus on accreditation processes, compliance requirements and enhancing operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement. Together, these teams collaborate seamlessly to maintain the highest standards of academic quality and advance the University’s strategic objectives.

Your New Role!
Working under routine supervision, you will maintain accurate records, respond to enquiries and assist in onboarding staff to curriculum management systems. As part of a committed team, you will contribute to the effective recording, management and analysis of curriculum-related information. Additionally, the position involves a range of general administrative tasks.

Your Key responsibilities will include –

  • Support induction of new academics and unit coordinators to curriculum management systems.
  • Maintain the integrity of curriculum information in relevant systems of record across the university.
  • Monitor the team’s inbox and respond to enquiries.

This Continuous | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $77K – $86K plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

Selection Criteria:

  • Undergraduate qualification or progress towards an undergraduate qualification and/ or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education/training.
  • High level of computer literacy with a willingness to learn new packages as appropriate.
  • Organisational, time and workload management skills
  • Experience working with a range of information systems.
  • High level of attention to detail in the completion of data entry tasks.
