Description:

The Role
JOB PURPOSE Provide high-level administrative support to the HR team and ensure the efficient operation of the HR operations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify suitable candidates for various roles within the organization and scheduling of interviews. • Acquire required onboarding documents and arrange necessary logistics for all new joiners, facilitating a smooth transition into the organization • Assist in managing employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all documentation, visa, insurance, pensions, employee benefit schemes, leave management, and other statutory compliance are executed on time • File pertinent recruitment documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations, minimizing legal risks and fostering a fair workplace • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items • Oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including research, data collection, and coordination of activities • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion • Compile and prepare reports and summaries for senior stakeholders as and when needed • Track and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to HR activities
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources and administration PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and strategies within the real estate industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in HR software and tools, MS Office suite. • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative HR strategies • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Ability to build and ensure strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
