Description:
Responsibilities
- Facilitate day to day loan operations with internal back-office and treasury team including sending email to related internal/external parties, system input, loan file update etc
- Perform KYC / AML screening/investigations and reporting for new and existing client accounts
- Conduct on-going covenants/credit monitoring and assist annual rating review reports
- Assist investor analysis to support credit approval process for fund finance transactions
- Prepare/assist various performance and accounting internal reporting for SG Branch/Tokyo Head Office
- Participate in fund finance initiative projects and facilitate implementation process
- Conduct/assist market research to help grow the APAC fund finance business
- Assist audit communication
- Perform any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the line managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 3+ years of past experiences in loan operations and financial industry, ideally in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance
- Strong multi-task skills to meet various transactional timelines with preciseness
- Strong sense of urgency with regard to day-to-day responsibilities, given or ad-hoc task arising out of internal or external service issues or concerns
- Ability to work in a small team with good teamwork ethic and cultural sensitivity
- Good understanding of the banking products and culture
- Analytical and writing skills to generate/assist credit analysis reports
- Communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties
- Proactive and highly motivated individual who is passionate about adding value to a new business.
- Understanding of MUTB policies and procedures (credit, employment, compliance, conduct, etc)
