Job Description
To provide comprehensive and accurate investigation, diagnosis and resolution of all client inquiries, requests, compliments and complaints to maintain positive client experience and minimise risk and losses to CIB.
Qualifications
Matric. Diploma or Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Consumer Services
Experience Required
3-5 years experience with general client services or operations support capability with proficient technical experience and product knowledge.
Experience resolving client services issues, with demonstrated ability to interact across multiple internal stakeholders
Proficient knowledge or exposure to Banking products, services and channels
Knowledge of dealing with Billings & Issuing of invoices
