Your main task as a Officer Transport is to ensure customer satisfaction. Use the situations, staff and time to load and unload vehicles in the most efficient way possible. For this purpose, you take into account export / import requirements, charters and special activities.

• Distribution, verification and management of lists of goods, ensuring the smoothing of the activity of distribution operators.
• Management of commercial documents, such as: goods notice, shipment, invoicing, archiving.
• Creating and reviewing orders, registering goods notices in invoicing files.
• Checking invoices, goods notices received in terms of their correctness.
• Update the situation of existing trailers in the car park.
